Hi! I'm Mel,
I am a Youth Mentor, Motivational Speaker and Coach.
I've experience, first-hand, what a negative experience can look like as a teen girl, and it’s something I know can be better for them, with the help of coaches like myself working with both the teen and their parents to ensure they feel happy, confident, healthy and excited for the future. I specialise in high-achieving or highly academic teen girls as I can relate! The extra levels of stress, pressure and strain are unique to these teens, let's help them thrive.
My expertise lies in years of mental health challenges in my teens, to deciding to pursue studying adolescent psychology, life coaching and more to ensure I can offer my clients the best possible outcome, an outcome that ENDS WITH POSITIVE RESULTS!
